Who are we?

We are a group of parents, expectant parents, midwives, doctors, commissioners and members of the community working together to shape maternity and neonatal care in Warrington & Halton. We are independent from any organisation and are chaired and run by parents who have recently used the maternity services and feel passionate about all things maternity.

What do we do?

We regularly engage with mums, dads, birthing people, partners and birthing partners to gather feedback on their local maternity care and services. This is done in a variety of different ways, such as online surveys, social media campaigns, attending parenting groups or hosting listening events.

We share this feedback anonymously with the maternity teams and work together with them to change and develop care, ensuring that maternity services are centred around the people using them.

We are often consulted on developments within maternity care and are involved in co-developing and shaping services.
